General Refund Policy

Cancellations Made by Guests:

More than 30 days before check-in: Guests can cancel their booking more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund of the deposit paid.

15-30 days before check-in: Guests cancelling between 15 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.

Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations Made by DawnStay.com or Property Owner:

If a reservation is cancelled by DawnStay.com or the property owner for any reason, guests will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit.

Early Departure:

No refunds will be given for early departures or for no-shows.

DawnStay.com offers a variety of additional services and upsells to enhance your stay, including but not limited to:


Premium Concierge Services

Luxury Transportation Arrangements

Pre-arrival Grocery Shopping

Daily Housekeeping

Private Chef Services

Please note the following regarding additional services:


Non-refundable: Fees paid for additional services are generally non-refundable once booked, as they involve reservation of resources and personnel.

Modifications: Changes to booked services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The ability to modify a service depends on the notice given and resource availability.

Force Majeure:

Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of DawnStay.com in cases of force majeure, which include natural disasters, acts of war, and other extreme circumstances that prevent fulfillment of a reservation.


Processing Refunds:

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Any booking fees or other charges applied at the time of reservation are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by DawnStay.com or the property owner.

Modifications:

Modifications to a booking (such as changing dates or switching properties) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The cancellation policy will apply based on the original booking date unless a new agreement is made.
